## Finding an Arched Cabins Quote Using our Pricing Matrix

1. First, determine the width (in feet) and length (in feet) of the Arched Cabin you would like, and find the width in the top row of the Pricing Matrix below. This column contains most of the pricing information needed to build your own accurate Arched Cabins quote.

2. Next, to find the basic Arched Cabin kit cost, multiply the linear foot (LF) cost found in the column of the width you've chosen by the length. (Example: For an Arched Cabin 24' wide x 32' long, take the $320.00 LF price from the 24' column and multiply it by 32 to find the basic Arched Cabin kit cost.)

3. Add the Fireplace Thimble cost to your quote if you desire a fireplace in your Arched Cabin.

4. Choose between the block and beam or steel I-beam foundation types. Block and beam is ideal if you may need to move your Arched Cabin in the future, whereas a steel I-beam foundation is ideal for more permanent installations. To find the cost of the foundation, multiply the length of the Arched Cabin you desire by the cost (in LF) found in that column. (Example: For a 24' wide x 32' long Arched Cabin, use the cost of the foundation in the 24' column and multiply it by 32. The cost for the steel I beam foundation on this Arched Cabin would be $3840.)

5. Floor and joist is required for either foundation type as this builds out the structural flooring and sub floor for the Arched Cabin. Find the cost of the floor and joist the same way you found the cost for the foundation in Step 4 and add it to your quote.

6. Choose a loft size if you would like one and add it to your quote. (Example: For a 24' Arched Cabin with a 20' loft, multiply 20 X $120.) This also requires loft support walls (see Step 11).

7. To enclose your Arched Cabin, two end caps are required. Find the end caps cost in the matrix, multiply it by two, and add it to your quote. End caps do not include doors, windows, or exterior siding.

8. The standard roofing color is galvalume or galvanized silver. We offer many other colors that are considered an upgrade. If you'd like to customize your Arched Cabin with a different roofing color, add find the additional cost by multiplying the color upgrade cost by the length of your Arched Cabin. (Example: For a 24' wide x 32' long Arched Cabin, the color upgrade cost is found by multiplying 32 x $24.)

9. To find an insulation upgrade cost (if you're planning on building in an area that experiences anything but mild weather we recommend this!), multiply the LF cost in the width column by the length. (Example: For a 24' wide x 32' long Arched Cabin, multiply 32 x $25 to find the upgrade cost.)

10. You can choose loft support beams for a sleeping loft in 14' and 16' wide Arched Cabins, which requires one loft support beam for every 2' of loft plus one extra beam on the end. For every 10' of loft it will require six loft support beams. (Note: We do not offer loft support beams for Arched Cabin kits larger than 16' wide at this time.)

11. Loft support walls are required with all loft build outs on larger Arched Cabins. They are $20 per side per LF, and a 10' loft would require two 10' loft support walls. In this example, muliply 20 LF x $20 per LF to find a $400 price for loft support walls.

12. Our current delivery fee can be calculated from zip code 77429. Please note that this fee will be changing soon. We are going to start charging for delivery by the linear foot, wheras we currently charge by the width. If you would like an Arched Cabin between 10' and 24' long we charge $2 per mile one way, and for Arched Cabins 26' to 40' long we charge $2.50 per mile one way.

13. We have estimated times for a crew of 4 skilled workers to assemble the basic Arched Cabin kit. If we are building it out for you the build time estimate will be multiplied by the cost per day. For a 24' x 40' Arched Cabin build out, you can expect up to a 4 day build out time which would be an additional $4,000.00.
