Our new in 2017 12 ft wide TALL Arched Cabins are two feet taller in the middle than our regular 12 ft wide Arched Cabins! They’re a wonderful studio apartment size that can accommodate a loft for storage or sleeping, or can just be enjoyed for their teardrop shape and higher ceilings!

Families requiring more bedrooms, people wanting to live on the main floor only, those with minimum square footage restrictions on their lots, and anyone hoping to keep large machines tuned up indoors or stored out of the elements will be excited to see we have introduced a new cabin width!

Guide to Using our Product Pricing List
- Determine the width (in feet) and length (in feet) of the Arched Cabin you would like to price. Find the width in the top row of the Price List. We offer a number of widths, and can manufacture Arched Cabin kits in even numbers up to 40 feet long.
- Find the Arched Cabin base kit cost by multiplying the linear foot (LF) cost found in the column of the width you’ve chosen by the length of the cabin you want.
For an Arched Cabin 24′ wide x 32′ long, take the LF price from the 24′ column and multiply it by 32 to find the base Arched Cabin kit cost. - To find the price of our upgraded DIY kit, add the price of the Arched Cabin base kit, upgraded color (optional), upgraded insulation (optional), fireplace thimble (optional), and delivery cost (optional).
- Choose one or all of the DIY upgrades – mix and match as you please! We offer delivery, and we’re also happy to offer client pickup at our manufacturing facility on an appropriate trailer.

- Size in both width and length of the Arched Cabin you’d like to order
- Which DIY Upgrade Options you would like
- When you would like your Arched Cabin ready for delivery or pickup
- If you’d like delivery and if so, the address and ZIP code of the delivery address
- Your contact information including email address, contact phone number

Get A Written Quote
After we receive your request for a quote, our Sales Team will respond with a written quote via email for you to look over.
50% Down Payment
Arrange a down payment for 50% of the cost to manufacture and deliver your Arched Cabin.
Manufacture Phase
Once we receive your down payment, we will start manufacturing your Arched Cabin to your exact specifications.
50% Final Payment
Arrange the final payment one week before delivery or pick-up and we will package up your Arched Cabin ready to go.
Cabin Delivery
Due to the size of the Arched Cabin, delivery is by truck over the road. We will give you the best estimate of delivery date and time.
The Fine Print
Your delivery date will be scheduled when we receive your down payment, and if your order needs to be cancelled for any reason after we receive your deposit, we charge a 15% restocking fee. If your order needs to be cancelled for any reason within 20 days of your scheduled delivery date, we charge a 25% restocking fee of your total invoice. Arched Cabin kits include a build manual, floor plates, ribs, ridge beam, standard R13 insulation for the arched walls, galvalume color metal roof paneling, color matched ridge cap, rubber trim and foam inserts to use by the end caps, and color coordinated fasteners needed to assemble the cabin. DIY upgrade options include a color upgrade on the roofing panels (choose from 23 colors including Energy Star rated colors), and an insulation upgrade to R25 for the arched walls.
